Abington Annexe is made up of two charities – Abington Pre-School (Charity No: 1027241) and Abington Community Out Of School Club (GAPs) (Charity No: 1075808).Our website address is: http://www.abington-annexe.org.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We would collect personal data from you if you have an enquiry regarding our childcare provisions or if you book your child(ren) into one of our childcare provisions. We would only store your information if your child(ren) are registered with us.
We currently do not have the provision to leave comments on our website.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Currently we do not have any contact forms enabled on this website.
We do not currently have cookies enabled on our website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We only retain your information if you book childcare with us.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your personal data may be share with or sent to a third party to fulfill our contract with you for childcare. An example may be to send data to another pre-school that your child may use or may move onto. All personal data is stored and sent securely.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We follow the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018 to ensure that your data is protected.
